When Hurricane Irma struck Naples FL in September 2017, our twenty condo buildings sustained extensive damage from the storm. With our Board of Directors having no experience in dealing with an event of this magnitude, we began our search and interviews to hire “the experts” that could help us obtain a realistic settlement from our insurance company.

Having worked with Keys Claims, LLC over 18-months to evaluate hurricane damages on hundreds of damaged roofs and interiors as part of a $24-million-dollar insurance claim, I can attest to their absolute professionalism, integrity, and very high standards in their work over the past months.
