Bobby Sims

In his twenty-five plus years as an insurance adjuster, Mr. Sims has investigated and closed more than ten thousand insurance claims.  In 2007, Mr. Sims joined Keys Claims, and brought with him the expertise to represent consumers in the manner that Keys Claims’ clients have grown to expect.  He has since been promoted to the position of Vice President.

For more than two decades, Bobby Sims has worked as an insurance adjuster through some of the most trying times in recent United States history.  He has worked through nine hurricanes in addition to working every other conceivable type of property damage claim including earthquakes, firestorms, vandalism, and floods.

In 2007, Bobby Sims’ desire to make his clients whole after they have suffered a loss to their property caused him to retire from his longstanding position representing insurance companies.  Since that time, Mr. Sims has worked exclusively for the consumer to utilize and apply all applicable provisions of their property insurance policy.

Bobby Sims’ experience and expertise provides Keys Claims’ clients the knowledge necessary to achieve a proper recovery.  When property owners and property managers are faced with the difficult task of dealing with the complexities of the property insurance claims process, they consistently find Mr. Sims to be a steady voice in a difficult time.

As Co-owner of his own firm and a top-producing independent adjuster, Bobby Sims worked to process insurance claims for a large number of insurance carriers.  He travelled extensively throughout the United States in this capacity.

1986-2003: AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL GROUP (AIG)

Throughout this period, Mr. Sims developed an in-depth knowledge of the process that insurance companies employ to settle insurance claims and client disputes. In this capacity, he served as a staff adjuster and was responsible for handling multi-line and property claims.
